BLUE JACKETS PROSPECT ADAM PINEAULT TO ATTEND TEAM USA JUNIOR EVALUATION CAMP

Adam Pineault, selected by the Blue Jackets in the second round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, will attend the Team USA National Junior Evaluation Camp in Lake Placid, NY. The camp runs from Aug. 6 - 13 and features four scrimmage games against the Finland and Sweden Junior National Teams.
Participating players are candidates for Team USA's entry into the 2006 World Junior Championships this winter (Dec. 26 - Jan. 5).
Pineault was a member of Team USA's World Junior squad last season, posting 0-1-1 in seven games.
Of local interest, Cleveland native Nathan Davis (Miami University) and Parma native Tom Fritsche (Ohio State) were also invited to the camp.
