Columbus Blue Jackets Announce Training Camp Schedule, Roster

The Columbus Blue Jackets officially begin preparations for their 12th National Hockey League season with the opening of training camp, in partnership with OhioHealth, on Sunday, January 13, at the OhioHealth Ice Haus. A total of 25 players will be attending camp with the first on-ice practice session, which is OPEN to the public (NOTE: Practices held on the main ice (Nationwide Arena) will be CLOSED to the public), set for 12 p.m. The first 1,000 fans in attendance on Sunday will receive a free Blue Jackets t-shirt.

During the six-day camp, all practices held at the OhioHealth Ice Haus will be open to the public. The complete camp schedule is as follows:

Media Availability – Blue Jackets Hockey Operations personnel, including Head Coach Todd Richards, will be available following the on-ice practices in the press conference room, located off the dressing room hallway. All players will be available following their off-ice work outs on days when they are held in the Blue Jackets dressing room.

Media Information – Media covering training camp can park in the parking garage located on the north side of Nationwide Arena. All media who submitted requests for Blue Jackets season credentials will be able to pick up their credentials during any practice. The remaining credentials will be either delivered to your office or available for pick up on game nights at the Media Entrance (Tower Entrance), located on the south side of Nationwide Arena at the corner of Front St. and Marconi Blvd. The Media Entrance is open at two hours prior to game time
