COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled defenseman Dalton Prout from the American Hockey League’s Springfield Falcons, club General Manager Jarmo Kekalainen announced today. A native of Ivhevsk, Russia, Tyutin collected four penalty minutes and was +1 in five outings at this year’s Olympic Games. The three-time Olympian also represented his country at the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin, Italy and the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver, British Columbia.
