Blue Jackets season tickets holders who renewed their seats by April 19th and paid for the tickets in full by May 31st are eligible to receive Blue Jackets Rewards cards for the 2013-13 season. The cards are redeemable for food, beverages and merchandise at Nationwide Arena. Below are answers to several frequently asked questions. Rewards Card Balance Information
To check your balance from the 2012-13 season you have three convenient options.
1. Check your balance online by clicking here.
2. Simply present the card at any location that sells merchandise at Nationwide Arena and we will be happy to provide you a balance.
3. Any time you make a purchase using the card, the receipt will provide the current card balance.

How did you determine the amount of Blue Jackets Rewards I received?
The exact amount of Blue Jackets Rewards that you received is based on a percentage of the value of the season tickets you purchased for the 2013-14 season. The percentage used for the Rewards amount calculation was determined by your first season as a full season ticket holder as outlined below:
First Season As A Full Season Ticket Holder - Reward Amount
2000 - 2002 Seasons - 4%
2003 - 2009 Seasons - 3%
2010 - 2012 Seasons - 2%
What can I use my Blue Jackets Rewards for?
You may use your Blue Jackets Rewards card(s) for merchandise at the FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line stores at Nationwide Arena or at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing as well as food and beverage at all arena concession stands at Nationwide Arena.
Once I get my card, can the Rewards amount be broken down into various increments?
Season ticket holders who qualified for Blue Jackets Rewards will be offered an opportunity to breakup the amount you are receiving over several cards. The number of cards you receive will be based on the instructions you provide us.
How long are Blue Jackets Rewards valid?
The amount on each of the cards issued from the 2012-13 is valid through June 30, 2013.
If the card is lost or stolen, by what means can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, there is no way to replace the card. Please treat the card as you would cash. Like cash, if it were stolen or lost, there is no way to replace it.
Can my Blue Jackets Rewards be used at other Nationwide Arena events?
Yes. You may use your 2012-13 Blue Jackets Rewards card(s) at any event held at Nationwide Arena before June 30, 2013.
Can I purchase single game tickets with my Blue Jackets Rewards?
Blue Jackets Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of tickets for Blue Jackets games or other events held at Nationwide Arena. Your Blue Jackets Rewards may only be used for food and beverage at any concession stand in Nationwide Arena or for merchandise at the FS Ohio Blue Line Store at Nationwide Arena or at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing.
Can I purchase FanBucks with my Blue Jackets Rewards?
Blue Jackets Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of FanBucks.
