What are Blue Jackets Rewards?
Blue Jackets Rewards is an exclusive Season Ticket Holder benefit for full season ticket holders which provide eligible full season ticket holders the opportunity to earn Blue Jackets Rewards redeemable for food, beverages and merchandise at Nationwide Arena.
Blue Jackets Full Season Tickets Holders who renewed their seats by March 27, 2015 and pay for their tickets in full by May 31, 2015 are eligible to receive Blue Jackets Rewards Cards for the 2015-16 season.
When will my Rewards Card be issued?
The Cards will be issued at the start of the 2015-16 season and will arrive with your Blue Jackets Season Pass card. Please be sure to REGISTER your Rewards Card as soon as you receive it to be able to check your balance and manage your card should it get lost or stolen.
What can I use my Blue Jackets Rewards for?
You may use your Blue Jackets Rewards Card(s) for merchandise at the FOX Sports Ohio Blue Line store at Nationwide Arena, as well as food and beverage at all arena concession stands at Nationwide Arena. You may not use your Reward Card at any “pop-up” shops or kiosks that are set-up by individual event promoters or for 50/50 raffles.
How did you determine the amount of Blue Jackets Rewards I received?
The amount of Blue Jackets Rewards you receive is based on a percentage of the value of the full season tickets you purchased for the 2015-16 season and your first season as a full season ticket holder as outlined below:

2000 - 2004 Seasons: reward = 4% of 2015-16 season ticket value
2006 - 2011 Seasons: reward = 3% of 2015-16 season ticket value
2012 - 2015 Seasons: reward = 2% of 2015-16 season ticket value
The amount on each of the Cards issued for the 2015-16 season will be valid through June 30, 2016. Please note Blue Jackets Rewards Cards from the 2014-15 season expire on June 30, 2015. After an expiration date, the value of your Card(s) shall be zero ($0).
What do I do if my Rewards Card is lost or stolen?
If your Blue Jackets Rewards Card is lost or stolen, please log-in to BlueJackets.com/MyRewards to deactivate the card. Under the ‘My Account’ section you will have the ability to ‘Report’ any registered cards lost or stolen, which will deactivate the account until the card is found or a new card is issued.
Once you have de-activated your Rewards card online, please contact your personal Blue Jackets Representative to request a new card which will be available for pick-up at Season Ticket Holder Central within the next 5-7 business days of your request. Please note there is a $20 replacement fee to reorder/reissue replacement Rewards cards.
Please treat your Rewards Card like cash as the Columbus Blue Jackets are not responsible for reimbursing any transactions processed on lost or stolen Rewards cards.
Can I purchase FanBucks with my Blue Jackets Rewards?
Blue Jackets Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of FanBucks.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using your Blue Jackets Rewards Card (“Reward Card” or “Card”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (“Terms”) contained herein. The Frequently Asked Questions and answers above are incorporated as a part of these Terms. As used in these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to the Reward Card recipient, and “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Columbus Blue Jackets and any and all affiliated entities.
Your Card may only be used at Nationwide Arena. Your Card should be treated as cash. If your Card is used by a party other than yourself, with or without your authorization, the transaction will be final and no refunds will be awarded. If your Card is lost or stolen, we may not be able to replace it and any amounts remaining on the Card may be forfeited. Your Card may not be used like an ATM card to withdraw funds. Your Card will expire on June 30, 2016. After this date, any value on your Card shall be expired and forfeited and the value of your Card will be zero ($0).
Refunds will only be awarded consistent with the policies of the merchant where the transaction occurred. If you are entitled to a refund, the amount will be credited back to your Card. You shall not receive a cash refund for any purchase made using your Card. We make no warranty for and are not responsible for the quality of any goods or services you purchase with your Card.
We may adjust the value of your Card to correct any errors or discrepancies, in our sole discretion. You are responsible for resolving any disputes regarding any transactions made with your Card with the merchant where the transaction was made. Any attempts to abuse, defraud, duplicate, or otherwise alter the value of your Card in an impermissible fashion shall constitute a violation of these Terms, and we may, in our sole discretion, cancel your Card, forfeiting any amounts remaining on the Card, and bar you from receiving Reward Cards in future seasons.
We may amend these Terms at any time, and we are not responsible to provide you notice of any changes. We may cancel or suspend your Card, these Terms, or the entire Card reward program at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. You agree that all disputes shall be resolved by a mutually agreed upon arbitration body, which shall hold its proceedings in Columbus, Ohio. The result of said arbitration shall be binding and enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, said provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full effect.
