The Columbus Blue Jackets Honorary Captain program presented by Bob Evans Restaurants gives your child the chance to be Captain for a game at any one of the Columbus Blue Jackets games listed below. Fill out the form, read the rules and enter your child to win a chance to be on the bench during pre-game skate.
