I purchased a ticket plan for the upcoming season. Should I still expect to receive my Blue Jackets Season Pass(es) in the mail?

We plan to send your Blue Jackets Season Pass(es) to you as soon as the work stoppage is over. As a reminder, the Blue Jackets Season Pass replaces traditional paper tickets. The card will serve as the only “ticket” needed for admission to all games within your season ticket package. How can I get a refund for tickets I purchased for the NHL All-Star Weekend?

I am on the monthly payment plan to pay for my season ticket package. Why can’t I wait to pay the remaining payments for my tickets until we know if there is going to be a season?

The Blue Jackets Work Stoppage Payment Plan is designed to keep your account current until games resume. The plan then refunds your money if the number of cancelled games exceeds the percentage of the season you paid for. If we reach the point where the percentage of the season cancelled exceeds the percentage of your payments, we will offer you the same options we have offered to customers who are already paid in full.
