|Q||When is the renewal deadline for my Columbus Blue Jackets 2013-14 Season Tickets?|
|Q||How do I relocate, upgrade or add season seats?|
|A||You will have an opportunity to relocate, upgrade or add seats at our 2013 Select-A-Seat event at Nationwide Arena (exact dates are yet to be determined). This will be your first opportunity to relocate or upgrade to seat locations that have not yet been renewed for the 2013-14 season before these locations are made available to the general public. Invitations and more details for the Select-A-Seat event will be sent in the coming months.

|A||Any credits on your account from this season, including NHL Ticket Exchange credits from games sold, have been applied to your 2013-14 Season Ticket Renewal.|

|A||No. All deposits are non-refundable.|
