The Columbus Blue Jackets are the only team in the NHL that has its practice facility located at the arena where it plays its games.

The Dispatch Ice Haus is a 63,000-square foot facility located on the west side of Nationwide Arena. It serves as the practice home of the Blue Jackets and features fixed seating for 750 people and an overall capacity of 1,500. In addition, the facility is also open to the public and offers access to youth hockey, figure skating and public skating.

The Dispatch Ice Haus is the official practice facility of the Columbus Blue Jackets. Located inside Nationwide Arena, the Dispatch Ice Haus is also open to the public for skating. The facility features skate rental, locker rooms, a party and meeting room and is perfect for pre- and post-game fun. It is conveniently located adjacent to Cotters and the Bud Light Arena Pub, which offers seating overlooking the ice. It hosts a number of high school games, as well as most of the Ohio Junior Blue Jackets (United States Hockey League) games.

Chiller Dublin is a dual-rink facility with two NHL-sized rinks that hosts up to 13 public skating sessions per week, as well as one of the largest learn-to-skate and learn-to-play hockey class programs in the country. The facility features skate rental, locker rooms, a party and meeting room, concessions and the FSN Ohio Blue Line.

Chiller North features two NHL regulation-sized rinks, the FSN Ohio Blue Line pro shop, 10 public dressing rooms, seating for 1000 spectators, an enclosed second story viewing area, and the Ice Box snack bar and kitchen. Major tenants are Olentangy High School Hockey, Thomas Worthington High School Hockey, Capital Amateur Hockey Association, Ohio Weslyan University, Columbus Curling Club, and Columbus Jr. B Hockey.
