My Blue Jackets Account
My Blue Jackets Account is your one-stop spot for managing your season ticket account online. To log into your account, you will need your account number and PIN# or password, which can be found in the upper right corner of any recent invoice. If you do not know your account number or password, please contact a member of your Guest Services Team at (614) 246-3350. Once you have logged into your account, you may renew or pay invoices, update your contact information, forward your tickets or donate your tickets to charity via email. Premium seat holders (Glass Seats, Time Warner Cable HD Lounge, Club Terrace Tables and Club Seats) may also sell tickets on the Blue Jackets Ticket Exchange.

Jackets Ticket Post
The Columbus Blue Jackets are proud to announce the unveiling of Jackets Ticket Post available to all season ticket holders. Use Jackets Ticket Post to assist you in finding fans that may be interested in purchasing your same seats for multiple games throughout the season or partnering with you in the purchase of your season tickets on a yearly basis. Simply click here to access Jackets Ticket Post. On the Jackets Ticket Post home page, you will then click on "Post Available Tickets" and follow the instructions for creating your new account. Once your account has been created, you may login and follow the easy steps for posting your ticket needs.

Monthly Payment Plan
With the Blue Jackets Payment Plan, you can spread the cost of your season tickets over 12 monthly installments with no interest charges or set-up fees. These payments are automatically withdrawn on the 20th of each month from your checking or savings account. The Blue Jackets Payment Plan extends through February 2009. If you did not receive a Payment Authorization Form (required for the monthly payment plan) in your renewal packet or have misplaced yours, please call your Guest Services Team at (614) 246-3350.

Select-A-Seat Open House / Relocation
Each year, Blue Jackets Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to relocate or add seats. If you are interested in participating in the Open House, please check the appropriate box on your renewal invoice or contact your Guest Services Team at (614) 246-3350. After all Open House requests have been processed, you will receive a letter outlining the event and indicating your appointment date and time. Your appointment time will be based on your priority. Priority is determined by the original purchase date of your PSL(s).

Ultimate Fan Offers
The Blue Jackets have joined with several central Ohio partners to offer special deals exclusively to Blue Jackets PSL Holders. Past offers have included free tickets to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, tickets to concerts at Lifestyles Communities Pavilion, free skating at Chiller locations, and free tickets to comedy shows at Funny Bone Comedy Club and Cafe.
