Tickets

Tickets for pre-season, regular season and post-season games will be mailed to the individual, corporation or other organization in whose name the PSL is held.

Season Ticket Purchase Requirement

Season tickets must be purchased by the PSL owner each year to keep the PSL. If the PSL owner does not purchase season tickets for the designated seats by a specified deadline each year (as determined by COLHOC Limited Partnership), the PSL terminates, and the PSL owner will forfeit all monies paid to Nationwide Arena, and all rights to buy season tickets associated with those seats for the upcoming season and all seasons that follow. Nationwide Arena has the right to resell the forfeited PSL with no obligation to the former PSL owner.

PSL Rights and Obligations

PSL owners have the right and obligation to purchase related season tickets (pre-season, regular season, and post-season, if applicable) for Columbus Blue Jackets' games as long as the team plays in the Nationwide Arena. PSL rights do not apply to other events which may be held at the Nationwide Arena, including Olympic events, college games, concerts, or all-star games.

PSL Transfer

There is only one PSL owner for a given seat at any given time. The PSL owner has the right to transfer the PSL by gift, bequest, or otherwise, subject to stated restrictions and following guidelines established by Nationwide Arena. Once a PSL owner transfers the PSL, the PSL owner will no longer have any rights associated with that seat. A PSL may not be transferred more than once per season, except in the case of the death of the PSL owner.

Nationwide Arena or its designee is the exclusive transfer agent for all transfers of PSLs. Transfers are effective when recorded by Nationwide Arena on its records. The transferror pays to Nationwide Arena a $100 transfer fee.

Quantity

Nationwide Arena may limit (in its sole discretion) the number of PSLs sold to any one individual or entity.

Revocation

Nationwide Arena reserves the right to revoke any PSL at any time, without compensation to the PSL owner, if the PSL owner or any other occupant of the PSL owner's seat exhibits behavior at Nationwide Arena that is not conducive to a family atmosphere as determined by Nationwide Arena in its sole discretion.

Assignment

Nationwide Arena reserves the right to assign its rights under any or all PSLs at any time.

Term

The term of the PSL shall extend for so long as the COLHOC Limited Partnership team plays in the Nationwide Arena.
